At Up In Smoke America LLC, we want you to be 100% satisfied! We understand sometimes a package may not come to your expectations or you simply do not like it. We will gladly offer you a 14-day return period. The items MUST be unused and in their original packaging. We will refund you money or give you store credit, minus the shipping and handling cost. Please email us so we can ensure you get proper instructions on how to return products. Make sure you include your order ID# in the email.

Items must NOT be used. Any items returned used will be discarded and a refund will not be given.
